In his first NBL game Lamelo struggled to find his shot, however he impressed and made his mark on the game defensively. He also showed a wide variety of moves in his offensive game even though tonight wasn’t his night on that end of the floor. His teammates also left many assists on the table in this narrow Loss. I’d grade Lamelo’s performance as a B. However Lamelo did finish with a double double and if his teammates do their job next outing he will be a walking Triple Double all season long. Lamelo was also the 1st Player in NBL history to have a double double with zero turnovers.
Lamelo’s Final Stat Line: 12 PTS, 10 REB, 6 AST, 5 STL, 1 BLK
Shooting: F
Scoring: C+
Defense: A+
Handles: A+
Playmaking: A-
Rebounding: A+
