Teays Valley (#24 in Nation)
After having Just knocked off Oak Hill (27-4) 80-72 in a stunning victory, Teays is Led by 4 Senior Starters most notably
–Anderson Mirambeaux; who is a 6’8 monster and will really test Spire and Isiah Jackson down low.
This will be a great matchup for Lamelo before facing off against Anthony Edwards, getting to play a top team in the country and one of the 3-5 best players in his class to end the season for Spire will be HUGE for the outlook of his and Spire’s season, after so many big name schools dropped their games vs Spire after Lamelo joined.
In all of the big games Spire has played his season Lamelo Ball has played his best, coming into tonight (25-1); Spire is set set to play a team who is (21-2), riding an 8 game win streak and having just beaten Cole Anthony and Oak Hill. This will be a must see matchup with players who will not backdown from Lamelo Ball and Spire.
This season has went almost exactly as planned for Lamelo Ball and Spire minus one hiccup against Prolific Prep. Now with Two BIG TIME games on the horizon for Spire and Lamelo Ball; we will need to see Melo step up and lead the way for Spire like he has been doing all season. At this point it is obvious Lamelo could score more on a team by himself; but with all the Talent around Lamelo he’s shown tremendous growth under Jermaine Jackson to show an All-Around game and is becoming a better leader with every passing game.

Last Game Coming off Injury Lamelo had
–14 Points 12 Assists 6 Rebounds 2 Steals
Will Spire stay undefeated and give us something to speculate about by beating Teays who just beat the team that not only dodged Lamelo and Spire; But has a player and Point Guard in Cole Anthony that many still believe is better than Lamelo Ball. This will be a great opportunity for Spire, but also Teays as well as they will get to play Oak Hill and Spire in the course of a week; and if they beat both that could mean many more scholarships for their players and team.
