JBA USA will look to extend their win streak against a first division team with many veterans and older players from Turkey today when they take on Yesilyurt SK in a contest that may not be all that close. With Lamelo Ball many expect the JBA USA tour to end all together, let alone for them to keep winning ball games. Today will be no different as Jordan Ray stepped up big time in Lamelo Ball’s absence. Rieger, Liangelo, and Hollis will look to further this win streak as this team is loaded with capable scorers.
Liangelo – He hasn’t had a standout game in sometime where he asserts himself as the focal point of the team, I think today that will change as the JBA USA squad will need Liangelo to step up early to make sure they get into the proper rhythm to win this game. Expect Gelo to take and make a bunch of 3’s in today’s contest.
Hollis- Curtis Hollis came off the bench to start last game, we’d assume to get Rieger significant playing time while making sure they had depth and scoring coming off the bench. I don’t think we will see Hollis come off the bench again today as he will be looking to have another statement game.
Jordan Ray- He brings energy and will attempt to control the offense through his shooting and driving ability, if he gets hot from 3 the other team stands little chance of defending the JBA USA team. Liangelo and Jordan Ray make for a deadly shooting backcourt.
Melvin Davis – Expect the JBA Defensive Player of the Year to clog the lane and block shots like he had done all year long for Seattle, Los Angeles, and JBA USA on their tour. The defensive end starts and ends with their big man down low, without him on this team they would find out much harder to get wins game in and game out.
Calvin Brown – Expect the New York Ballers star to continue to play bigger than his frame and above the rim, Calvin has started to come into his own as of late on this JBA USA tour. They will need him to continue to do so if they want to keep this win streak alive.
Final Prediction – JBA 125 YSK 108
