In what is one of the most anticipated games of the JBA USA tour the Ball Brothers return to London to play the London Lions, not only are they playing a former opponent but a former teammate, Kevin Bristol, formerly of BC Vytautus will go against his former teammates Lamelo and Liangelo Ball.
For the Lions they come into the game at 5-1 in the British Basketball League winning their last game 100-66. The lions have two players who hail from the U.S including their top scorer Ladarius Tabb who pours in 22.2 Points Per Game. The main strength of this Lions team in the British Basketball League is there rebounding ability, led by Brandon Peel with 9.8 boards a game and Ladarius Tabb with 9.2 boards a game they lead their league in rebounding.
This match could prove to be a difficult for the JBA because this Lions team seems like it could be able to keep the pace that they like to run. With three players scoring over 15 PPG they could be capable of piling the points in.
However, the Ball Brothers come back to London in a system they like to run and players they like to play with, Liangelo Ball is coming off of a 47 point game in Belgium and Curtis Hollis had 41 as well, they are ready to play in London and hopefully get the win.
I expect this game to be an entertaining one especially with all of the hype that has been put on this particular match-up. Watch for London to try and score a lot of second chance points in this one and for the JBA to play through gaurds Lamelo Ball and Jerrell Springer.
